Please note that Reflections in Ludlow has now closed.  I am still available for treatments in Aromatherapy and Reflexology, and if you would like any further information please contact me or drop me a note using the form at the bottom of the page.  I look forward to hearing from you.

Some of you may have met me at Reflections, Ludlow on a Friday.  I was there from October 2014 through to February 2015. If you would like to know more about Reflexology and Tuning Forks please contact me.

I have been there since the start of October after the Ludlow Food festival in September when I held Reflexology taster sessions, which were well received. I am pleased to have found a place in Ludlow town centre where I could hire a room and which I feel the energies are just right. Reflections is hair dressers, but they have now branched out to incorporate holistic practices, so there are meditation evenings, Reiki, crystal healing taking place though out the week, which is great as it is a place where you can purchase them too. This is a place which has it’s own style and energies which is great.

To add to this I have also been on a workshop about tuning forks (not the piano ones), these are for sound therapy. Well I was so taken with the Ohm forks that I have now got some, and I will be incorporating them into my treatments. I have to say that I am excited about using them and getting feedback about them as well which would be great.

Overall I have had some great feedback about the treatments my clients have received such as “I was surprised that I got to smell the oils before hand” J of Ludlow, and “really, really lovely” JB of Ludlow.
